How far in advance should we book?

Most couples book 9–18 months before their wedding date. If your wedding is sooner, reach out anyway. If your date is available, I’d love to help.

Absolutely! I coordinate weddings throughout Montana and beyond. Travel and lodging are customized based on your venue location.

Yes! Every wedding is different. If none of the listed packages are the perfect fit, we can create a custom option that works for your day.

Once you’ve decided we’re a good fit, a signed contract and retainer officially reserve your wedding date.

Both packages include the same coordination services. The biggest difference is simply the amount of coverage on your wedding day. If your timeline includes getting ready, multiple locations, or a later reception exit, the 10-hour package is typically the better fit. I’m always happy to help you choose the option that best fits your day.
